Welcome to the Blind Barbell Powerbuilding volumE 1. This program is a four-week program built with the focus of building strength in the squat, bench, and deadlift while gaining muscle through intense hypertrophy.
You will have 6 workouts each week and it will become important to manage your fatigue in order to make quality progress. To help manage the fatigue and facilitate strength increases, the squat, bench, and deadlift will ungulate intensity. weeks 1 and 3 being high-intensity deadlift weeks while weeks 2 and 4 are high-intensity bench and squat weeks.
