BLINDBARBELL POWERBUILDING VOLUME 2
Welcome to the Blind Barbell Powerbuilding Volume 2. I personally used this program in conjunction with Poowerbuilding Volume 1 to bring my deadlift up to 600 lbs, squat to 500 lbs and hit my very first 3 plate bench. If those all sound good to you, then lets get after it.
This program is designed to work as a peaking phase with blind barbell powerbuilding volume 1. You should be carrying a lot of fatigue from the hypertrophy phase and will benefit from the tapering in the program.
You will have 6 workouts each week and it will be pushing your accessory movements very hard in the first 2 weeks, so be sure to rest and recover properly while doing this program. the squat, bench, and deadlift will ungulate intensity with weeks 1 and 3 being high-intensity deadlift weeks while weeks 2 and 4 are high-intensity bench and squat weeks.
