BLINDBARBELL SUPER PEACH SQUAT PROGRAM
Welcome to the Blind Barbell super squat program. if you are ready to add weight to the bar and some padding to your peach; you are in the right place. I personally used this program to increase my squat by 90 lbs, and have seen repeated success running this program to get a boost in my squat when nothing else works.
The program consists of 5 weeks of brutal leg days and is designed to only plan your squat workout of which there will be two a week. You will be able to choose your own workouts for the rest of the week, but I advise having at least 2 days between squat workouts and keeping the intensity of your other workouts at a moderate level.
